If you are on this page, chances are you received an email from us that you never asked for. This page is here to stop it, and to tell you how we reached you.

//01 To stop hearing from us

The button below opens your mail app with the message already written. You do not need to add anything, just send it.

Email us to be removed

Replying to the email you received works just as well, as does writing to info@stachestudio.eu in your own words. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.

//02 What happens next

We take your address off the list of people we may contact, usually within a few days and in any case within one month, as Art. 12 GDPR requires. We reply to confirm it is done.

One thing we keep, and you should know it: your email address stays on a suppression list. It is the only way to be certain we never write to you again by mistake. That list exists for nothing else, and we share it with nobody. If you would rather we erased that too, say so in your message: we will, with the caveat that nothing then technically stops us from contacting you again.

//03 Where we got your address

We do not buy lists and we do not use third party databases. Every email we send names, at the bottom, the exact page your contact came from: almost always your company's own website or an equivalent public source. If that line was missing, or does not match, tell us: that is our mistake and we want to hear about it.

We write on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), following a balancing test, and we include the Art. 14 notice because we did not collect your data from you. What we process and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.

//04 Your other rights

Besides objecting, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and get a copy of it. Write to info@stachestudio.eu. If you think we are getting it wrong you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it), and none of these requests costs you anything.
